TRADITIONAL SWEAT LODGE AND WOMENS CIRCLE - GOLD COAST

TRADITIONAL SWEAT LODGE AND WOMENS CIRCLE - GOLD COAST

hero

About

We are very blessed with the opportunity to be immersed in a day of ceremony devoted to the women.

In the morning we begin with our beautiful Temazcal then after a break to shower, refresh and replenish we will be sitting in circle which also includes cacao and sharing food. It is preferred and recommended to join both the circle and temazcal to get the most out of the experience.

Step into the sacred space of the Temazcal—a powerful ancestral ceremony of purification, renewal, and connection. Rooted in the ancient traditions of the Americas, the Temazcal is not just a sweat lodge; it is a rebirthing process, a place where we come together in prayer, in humility, and in deep respect for the elements that sustain life.

Guided by the Roots of the Earth Family, a global organization carrying these traditions across five continents, this ceremony is an opportunity to realign with your intentions, release what no longer serves you, and step forward with clarity and strength. Through the heat of the stones, the medicine of the songs, and the power of collective prayer, transformation happens—not just in the body, but in the heart and spirit.

This is for those seeking real change, for those ready to show up with sincerity, and for those called to remember the ways of their ancestors.

Alongside the Temazcal the womens circle and ceremony is potent and transformative...

This circle and temazcal is the first of a 4 series.

The theme for this first meeting:

Circle and Temazcal of the Emotional Body

What is not named is somatized.
What is not expressed becomes crystallized.

The emotional body opens the door to feeling.

Before we can transform beliefs (mental body), heal the physical body, or connect deeply with the spiritual, we need to feel. Feeling allows us to inhabit the present, recognize what is alive within, and begin to release blockages that are often repressed.

It helps identify root wounds.

Many traumas, family, or social patterns are encapsulated in emotion. Opening through the emotional body allows women to connect with their basic emotions, recognize their inner language, and begin to observe how their emotions guide (or limit) them.

It prepares the ground for mental work.

Starting with the mental body can often meet resistance or intellectualization. But when we open through the emotional body, the inner ground softens, and the mind becomes more receptive to integrating new ideas, beliefs, and paths.

It brings coherence with the sacred circle.

In a ceremonial and transformative circle like 13 Moons Sacred Women’s, the first step is to open the heart. The emotional body is connected to the heart, to water, to the moon. It is the energy that best harmonizes with the beginning of a deep feminine reconnection process.

This First class/circle focused on the emotional body:
    •    Its definition and purpose
    •    The organs and glands that represent it
    •    How to nourish it
    •    How wounds manifest through it
    •    Practices, exercises, and opening rituals
    •    Relationship with lunar cycles and nature
    •    How to better manage emotions through practical habits

And so much more you will experience.
If you want to know who you are and what you hold to empower it…
If you’re ready to release your old version…
If you’re becoming aware that this is the call you’ve been waiting for…
Don’t think twice. Come.
Together we are more  and together, we heal

NOTE: Pregnant women can participate in sweat lodge from 4-5 months into pregnancy. Please reach out for support on this matter if you need it :)
