Yin Yoga & Bowen TherapyA fusion of two incredible modalities that deepen the journey into the felt experience of your body, and energy.
During this collaborative event, Ruby will guide you through a Yin practice and Julie will perform particular Bowen techniques to the area of the body that is being targeted by the Yin shape. This will invite a deeply restorative and profound release to the body’s radical network, nervous system and spirit.
