West Moreton Health’s Ipswich Hospital invites local General Practitioners to the Ipswich Hospital managing heart failure event on Saturday, 19 July from 9 am to 2 pm at the Brookwater Golf & Country Club. This free, in-person event is an opportunity to strengthen local referral networks and improve outcomes for patients living with heart failure. The program includes sessions led by West Moreton Health experts on heart failure management in 2025, guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT), renal impairment, palliative care, and a panel on community heart failure services. Connect with local specialists, share case-based insights, and explore practical approaches through collaborative care. The event is supported by Boehringer Ingelheim.
