2025 Winter Solstice Disco

The second PMPS winter solstice festival will be held on Friday 20th June 2025 starting at 5:30. Let’s come together as a community to celebrate the winter solstice with a selection of amazing food trucks, bavarian style drinking hall, lantern walk, kids winter disco, roving performers and some all round winter fun.Families will participate in a lantern walk stemming from Northern European traditions. Children can show their creativity with some hand made lanterns (BYO lanterns) that we will display on the soccer nets. After the lantern walk, enjoy the glowing entertainers.
Always a favorite for the kids is the Winter Disco, it will run over 2 sessions for maximum enjoyment – $15 a ticket.
Session one 6-7pm for the Community, Preps, Grades 1-2
Session two 7:15- 8:15pm for Grades 3-6.
The PFA will have a Stall on the night selling a range of glow toys and accessories to add a pop of colour to the disco fun.
Note Guardians are required to stay during the kids disco session.
