Nourish body, mind and soul by treating yourself to a Slow Sunday Mini Yoga Retreat with Gyani in the beautiful Ferguson Valley.During the mini retreat you will experience a variety of yoga and meditation practices that are all about slowing down and recentering your body and mind. These practices help to activate our parasympathetic nervous system and the body’s relaxation response - to enable a deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
Enjoy a nourishing light vegetarian lunch overlooking the beautiful views of the winery. Have an opportunity to taste Saint Aidan’s award winning wines and can choose either a glass of wine or alcohol free option for lunch.
