We look to forward to welcoming you on out Toroidal Tantra Weekend Play House. This weekend is built on three foundational practices to help you live in vital loving presence.

Activities may include but are not limited too, shankha prakshalana (intestinal purification), grounding shiatsu, abdominal massage, trataka (candle meditation), sensory play and group, couple or individual massage. These pivotal skill sets will be integrated with practices of yoga, chi gong and meditation.

Soon after conception when our bodies were composed of 108 cells, a zygote is formed - like a donut. The top hole evolves to form our eyes, nose and mouth, while the bottom results in the organs we know to exist between the coccyx and the public bone. This toroidal form continues to evolve to be the energy field of the human being. Familiarisation of the subtle energetic architecture of this toroidal vortex facilitates it’s control and optimal utilization.

The work is orientated on the principle that we hold tension in our bodies. This tension is contraindicated to optimal function.

Our weekend aims to clear the body of heavy, contractive sensations, in particular those associated with the presence of food in the gastrointestinal tract and tension in the pelvic floor.

This is a higher application of knowledge and insights into the bodies stress regulation. It is a powerful and supportive initiation into practices that develop charisma, connection and creativity.

This tension can be as primal as that held from potty training, unpleasant sexual encounters experienced throughout our maturity, poor dietary practices and day to day resistance to flow.

Activities may include sensory play and group, couple or individual massage. All activities are optional, and you are welcome to partake at your level of comfort. Participants may be coupled up with other single participants in the group, or you may choose to partake in the activities with self.

Logistics

- Accommodation: Communal sleeping in church, or camp onsite. 

- Meals:  vegan, gluten-free, low-FODMAP, salicylate-free, onion and garlic-free diet provided

- Sleeping bag, pillow. (Mattresses provided)

- Towel, bathroom bag

- Comfortable clothing

- Personal toiletries

- Massage tools – (personal toys welcome)
