The NSW branch of the Australian Association for Infant Mental Health (AAIMH) hosts a monthly online seminar series.Join us at our June 2025 seminar to hear from Associate Professor Jane Kohlhoff about the 'My Toddler and Me' video series.
The 'My Toddler and Me' video series is a set of freely available, engaging, and culturally sensitive videos that offer simple, practical strategies to support parents of toddler-aged children. Topics covered include: Positive parenting for play and development; Helping toddlers manage big emotions; and Self-care and emotion regulation for parents.
In this seminar you will learn about:
- the video content and development process
- results of a recent mixed-methods study showing the impacts of the videos for families
- how to access and use the videos with clients
Cost: Free for AAIMH members; $15 for non-AAIMH members
