Event Payment/Application (Stage Two) – Diwali
Thank you for your Expression of Interest (EOI) application. Please be advised that your organisation has been offered the opportunity to participate in the Glen Eira City Council – Diwali event:
Date: Saturday 18 October 2025, 4:30pm – 9:00pm
Location: Booran Reserve, Glen Huntly Rd, Glen Huntly
To finalise the application process and confirm your site at the event, please complete this Stage Two of the application process please:
- Make payment through Trybooking.com
- Please email your Certificate of Currency and Certificate of Registration of Food Premises to Blee@gleneira.vic.gov.au
- All food/drink vendors must submit a statement of trade on FoodTrader to be able to participate at the festival. FoodTrader website: Homepage - FoodTrader
