Event Payment/Application (Stage Two) – Carols in the Park

Thank you for your Expression of Interest (EOI) application. Please be advised that your organisation has been offered the opportunity to participate in the Glen Eira City Council – Carols in the Park event:

Date: Saturday 13 December 2025, 4pm–8pm
Location: Bentleigh Hodgson Reserve, Higgins Road, Bentleigh

To finalise the application process and confirm your site at the event, please complete this Stage Two of the application process by Monday 3 November:

• Make payment through Trybooking.com
• Please email your Certificate of Currency and Certificate of Registration of Food Premises to blee@gleneira.vic.gov.au
• All food/drink vendors must submit a statement of trade on FoodTrader to be able to participate at the festival. FoodTrader website: Homepage - FoodTrader

• Please note that incomplete, incorrect or late applications will NOT be accepted.
