Conflict Resolution Training

About
This training equips participants with practical strategies to effectively manage challenging customer behaviours. It focuses on techniques for de-escalating tense situations and, when de-escalation is not possible, how to safely disengage and remove oneself from potential threats.Participants will complete two key units:
- Manage Conflict Through Negotiation (Level 1): Foundational skills for identifying and resolving conflict through effective communication and negotiation.
- Advanced Aggression Management (Level 2): Advanced techniques for handling high-risk situations involving aggressive behaviour, with a focus on safety and control.
