This years workshop will be all about flowers …a beautifully relaxing time to create gorgeous things using slow stitching and appliqué techniques. You might stitch onto something you bring, (Think of jeans ,a dress, children’s clothes, napkins, grannies beautiful tablecloth )or find something beautiful from Debbies amazing stash of vintage cloths. Debbie will guide and inspire us in the wonderful craft of slow stitching and appliqué that you can apply to these pieces or simply create a sweet bunch of flowers on wire, a brooch or even something to use as jewellery. Of course as part of the day you will be fed a delicious morning tea and lunch and supplied with endless tea and coffee and cold drinks including a glass of bubbles to celebrate our creations. So come and join us Saturday 23rd of August 10am-2.30 pm.All materials and inspirations supplied.
