As Timor-Leste marks more than 50 years of its diaspora in Australia, Hamoris Lian Timor also celebrates the enduring connection between the Timorese people and the Australian communities that welcomed them. The performances pay tribute to generations who carried their culture across oceans—preserving language, music, and identity through decades of displacement and struggle.
