Forest Bathing provides a way to access the benefits of nature by reducing stress and enhancing our wellbeing.Based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, Forest Bathing is a gentle walk that invites participants to engage with mindful activities in nature.
Research into the benefits of Forest Bathing supports this modality as an evidence based public health practice.
