The Sanctuary Mental Health course is a thoughtfully designed formation resource that equips Catholics to engage more confidently and compassionately with issues of mental health. Rooted in theology and informed by clinical research, the course explores the relationship between mental health and faith, creating a space for reflection, learning, and pastoral growth.
