Community Calisthenics is a free, inclusive, and uplifting group movement session open to everyone — all abilities, all backgrounds, all walks of life.Whether you're looking to build strength, connect with others, or just move your body in the fresh air, you're welcome and valued here.
Our sessions are designed to empower, uplift, and unite the community.
We also have a group sea swim at the end of the session so don't forget to bring your boardies/swimwear!
