Join a tour of the current Main Gallery exhibition with your little one.Our Baby Explorers program is designed for parents and carers of babies 12 months and under to come to Hurstville Museum & Gallery for a guided tour of the current Main Gallery exhibition.
A special sensory pit of soft and textured materials, interesting sounds, colours and shapes will be available for your baby to explore. The program begins with stories and songs in the sensory pit to help settle the babies. It continues with a guided tour of the current Main Gallery exhibition.
Parents and carers are encouraged to engage with their babies during the tour. In this relaxed program our aim is that you and your baby can feel at ease in the Museum & Gallery. Suitable for babies up to the age of 12 months. Babies must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of one adult to one child. No older siblings please. Baby change facilities and pram parking available. Bookings are essential.
