The construction induction card (white card) course provides you with the mandatory work health and safety training required to work in the construction industry.
You'll learn:
- How to develop personal safety awareness and knowledge of health and safety legislative requirements in order to work safely and prevent injury/harm to self or others.
- Identifying and orally reporting common construction hazards, understanding basic risk control measures, and identifying procedures for responding to potential incidents and emergencies.
- Correctly selecting and fitting common personal protective equipment (PPE) used for construction work.
This course will be delivered by Jesuit Community College.
Fee: $20
Once registered, Brimbank Learning Futures will provide you a link to complete a compulsory enrolment form for Jesuit Community College
