The RSA certification shows employers you're ready to work safely, responsibly, and professionally in cafés, restaurants, and bars. With these skills, you’ll stand out and increase your chances of securing casual roles in the hospitality industry.In the Responsible Service of Alcohol Course you will:
- learn about the benefits of strategies to prevent intoxication
- recieve hands on experience on how much to pour
- understand advertising & promotion standards
- learn the best and worst ways to refuse service of alcohol and to ask for secondary I.D.
Accreditation: Liquor Control Victoria RSA + SITHFAB021 - National Statement of Attainment
Lunch is provided.
Students should bring:
o Water bottle - to stay hydrated throughout the day
o Laptop or Tablet, notepad, pen
