The Response Officer Training is being run by Baptist Churches Western Australia and is aimed at providing Baptist pastors, boards and leaders within our churches with the knowledge and resources to help them to respond well to some of the ‘messy’ issues that come up in churches.
In this training we will be considering various aspects of the roles and responsibilities of the Response Officer and the governing body of churches and how we can best equip our leaders and volunteers to respond well in this space. There will also be opportunities for times of Questions and Response and we would appreciate your questions about any of these topics being sent through to nathan@baptistwa.asn.au to be considered on the day.
