Then this workshop is for you!
A three hour hands-on cooking (and eating!) workshop exploring ways to keep your vegetables interesting, preparation more mindful and meals nutritious. We’ll discuss ayurvedic cooking principles and how to make your plant-based meals not only yummy but easily digestible too.
Your hosts are Natasha Mason, Meditation Teacher and community leader of Inndriya and Ayurvedic practitioner and chef, Phillipa Joy. We hope to share our lived experience of Vedic principles with you to increase your confidence cooking in the kitchen.
Investment includes 3 hour workshop, take home booklet and a sit down shared lunch.
