Concert 4 2025 Queen Symphony

The Grainger Wind Symphony with Southern Voices and friends are performing Tolga Kashif's magnificent Symphony of six movements inspired by the music of Queen, transcribed for wind band by Eric Somers.
Amongst others, the tunes you will recognise are Radio Gaga, The Show Must Go On, Love of My Life, Killer Queen, Who Wants To Live Forever, Bicycle Race, Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, and We ARe The Champions. This is a magnificent work.
The concert will open with a fanfare by Johan de Meij.
The Southern Voices directed by Sharon Batterham will sing a bracket from music they have performed on a recent concert tour.
Madama Butterfly Symphonic Suite for wind symphony with music from the opera of the same name by Giacomo Puccini.
The conductor is Roland Yeung, Principal Conductor and Music Director of The Grainger Wind Symphony.
Please note that seats are limited to only 210 because of venue restrictions. Book early so you will not be disappointed!
