Foundations of Qigong

About
Qigong is a mind-body movement practice that incorporates breath, movement, meditation and self-massage. Similar to Tai chi, it is designed to help improve circulation, balance and coordination and provides gentle stretching, exercises joints, tendons and muscles, and calms the mind , helping reduce stress and tension. The practice combines slow, deliberate movements with the breath which can be done standing or seated. It is an excellent movement activity for every body. The movements are simple, relaxing and mindful, performed in a flowing, rhythmic manner which enables us to develop a mind-body connection and promote full body health.
