Property prices are high, wages are slow, and the cost of living is biting. But the biggest risk for young Australians isn’t just being priced out—it’s not knowing how the property market really works.In this practical and eye-opening session, students will explore:
• How the Australian property market moves in cycles—and how to spot opportunities when others don’t
• The difference between buying a home to live in vs. a property to invest in
• What factors drive property prices up or down—and how to identify suburbs with growth potential
• How some buyers have bought their first property before 25—and used it to springboard into financial freedom
Students will walk away with:
• A simple understanding of how property works as a long-term wealth-building tool
• Practical examples of how the younger generation can enter the property market
