🧠 I’ll be diving into how training affects your hormones, energy, and recovery — and how to tailor your movement through each season and stage of life.
🥑 Alongside me is Dani, a qualified Nutritionist, who will be guiding us through how to fuel for energy, performance, recovery and hormonal health — plus answering your personal questions around food, eating habits, cravings, cycle syncing, gut health and more.
