Rackley Centenary Winter Clinic | June July 2025
Join coach Danae, Hiromi and Jono in this years Winter Skills Clinic this year as we link up with Centenary Dolphins for a butterfly and breaststroke intensive clinic! We will be focussing on all aspects of both strokes as well their respective skills as we look to prepare for the major short course meets coming up.
Day 1: Butterfly technique and dryland
Day 2: Breaststroke technique and dryland
Day 3: Race skills, Dives, Turns and Finishes.
Date: 30 June - 2 July
Time: 8:30am -1:00pm (arrive before 8:30am)
Suitability: 7-12 Year Olds in Mini Squad, Junior Squad and Bronze Squad
Venue: Start at the Gregory Terrace Pool (opposite Centenary) and finishes at the Centenary Aquatic Centre for day 1 and 2.
Day 3 will finish at the Gregory Terrace Pool.

What to Bring:
Swimming gear: Fins, kickboard, pull buoy, cap, goggles
Dryland gear: Socks, running shoes, sporty clothes
Essentials: Water bottle, morning tea, sunscreen, hat
