Early Period Rapier (Sidesword) Foundations

An elegant weapon for a more civilised age!Early period rapier appeared in the 16th Century, and represents the ideal balance of thrust and cut fencing for both dueling and sport.
In this course you'll learn the foundational techniques of early Italian rapier/sidesword, drawing on sources such as Giovanni Dall'Agocchie and Camillo Agrippa, combining classical techniques with modern training.
No prior experience is required, and equipment is provided if you don't have your own.
The course is only. $90 and runs weekly from Thursday the 19th of June until the 24th of July from 7:30pm until 9pm, so sign up now as numbers are limited.
Finishing the course also allows you continue your fencing journey by joining our regular club training sessions, with two weeks of free classes (more details at https://scholarvictoria.com/classes/)
