Step right up for a magical afternoon of fun, movement, and learning with the National Institute of Circus Arts! This exciting circus workshop for ages 5–12 gives students the chance to try their hand at juggling, balancing, hula hooping, and more — all in a safe, supportive environment designed to encourage creativity and confidence.Circus training isn’t just about tricks — it’s a powerful way for young people to grow. It promotes positive mental health by boosting self-esteem and reducing anxiety through playful physical activity.
Sharing equipment and space encourages cooperation and inclusion, while the group atmosphere builds a sense of belonging. Most importantly, it’s a joyful experience that brings laughter, movement, and fun into learning.
Lunch and snacks are provided.
Students should bring:
o Water bottle - to stay hydrated throughout the day
