Using the evidence-based RAVES™ eating model, this workshop will guide you to break free from dieting and food guilt and move you towards food freedom.In this workshop delivered by leading Dietitian and RAVES™ Eating Model creator Shane Jeffrey, you will discover how to break free from diet culture, and nourish not only your body but also your mind and self-image. Through engaging discussion and practical tools, you'll learn to reconnect with your natural hunger cues, embrace food freedom, and foster self-compassion.
