This non-accredited course will provide you the essential skills to provide quality customer service. You will learn:- About the importance of customer service - what it is and why it's important
- Key factors that determine the customer experience
- Personal presentation
- Body language and tone of voice
- Empathy and how to build rapport
- Selling and upselling to customers
- How to deal with difficult situations such as complaint handling
The training will include interactive participant activities and will draw upon scenarios from the retail and hospitality industries. This course will be delivered by Jesuit Community College.
