• Reflect: on a current overview of the DEI pressures and the complex/uneven landscape and impact in Australia
• Act: Reigniting feelings of inspiration and passion, building on existing momentum and meaning as a connected community.
Our Moderator for the evening will be Roman Ružbacký : From Roman Ružbacký & Associates, he is described as leading DEI with impact and sustainability. His firm focuses on evidence-based methodologies and bridging the gap between rhetoric and reality, which aligns well with the event's purpose. He is also a co-author of "The Fearless Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practitioner."
