These holidays we will be doing day camps 9am to 3pm.

Location: Clontarf Beach

Activities will include the below:
Trail run
Sprints/Middle/long distance training
Beach games
Speed and Technique session
Endurance session
Sport games
Recovery swim
Ball games ect
Sessions will be tailored to the athletes age and ability

Cost:
Day camp: $60 EARLY BIRD
