About
Explore the imaginary world of Joan Miro. Miro used his imagination to create images and relied on shapes and symbols when creating his work.Students will be given the opportunity to experiment with shapes using black pen and paint and then collage some images using these painted shapes. They will then create a series of images based on ideas that evolve from this process of playing with pen and paint, and shape and line.
Selected elements, created through this process of playing and experimenting, will be painted and collaged onto card to create a series of 3D inspired Miro creatures!
Morning tea and all materials are provided.
Children can attend a single session or book for both classes. There will be the opportunity to build on the work from the previous class.
Prior to the program an enrolment form will be emailed to you requesting emergency contact and participants details.
