A 6-week Feldenkrais series exploring how the feet and legs offer more than support—they're gateways to sensing, grounding, and reorganizing the whole self.Through gentle, floor-based lessons, you'll explore balance not as a fixed state, but as a living relationship: between ground and spine, stillness and movement, action and awareness.
As attention deepens, you'll begin to feel more stable, responsive, and at ease—moving with clarity and presence. Slowing down becomes a way to sense more fully, not to do less.
🧘 Online via Zoom (same link each week).
📅 Thursdays, 7:45–8:30pm AEST (Zoom opens 7:35pm to settle in and support setup).
🎥 Recordings available (speaker view only).
🧺 Wear comfy clothes and lie on a soft mat or blanket, with a pillow for support.
