Blended Youth MHFA
About
The Blended Youth Mental Health First Aid course equips adults to support young people aged 12–18 experiencing mental health problems or crises. It combines a self-paced online module (5–7 hours) with a follow-up instructor-led session (5 hours). Participants learn to recognise signs of mental health challenges, offer initial help, and guide young people to appropriate support. Ideal for parents, teachers, and anyone working with youth, the course provides practical skills and tools to build confidence in responding to mental health concerns. On completion, participants become accredited Youth Mental Health First Aiders.Date
