Come and cook with us!
Nutrition Australia ACT, in association with the Canberra Development Clinic, are excited for you to come and cook with us.
Our group classes have been designed for young people to foster and build a love for cooking, whilst working on kitchen skills and confidence. Participants will learn a range of cooking methods, knife skills and food safety tips whilst cooking two dishes from our healthy recipe collection.
Held in our fully accessible food skills kichen, the class is designed to be fun and social, with everyone cooking their very own dishes.
This class is facilitated by an Accredited Practising Dietitian who can discuss any food and nutrition concerns in our relaxed and friendly environment.
All participants will receive a copy of the recipes, so cooking adventures can continue at home.

What to bring:
Please bring a lunchbox sized container to take leftovers home.
Wear closed in shoes and ensure long hair is tied back.
