Carers Sound Healing Session
About
To recognise Carers who work, play or visit Monash, We are hosting a FREE Sound Healing Session.We hope that this session will create an opportunity for Carers to engage in wellness and connect with other people in the community.
People will be able to sit on a chair or lay down on a yoga mat to enjoy the session.
Please bring your own pillow, blanket (if you would like to) and yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat please let us know and we can allocate one for you.
