Safe Space 9: Wellbeing for Doctors

ABOUTSafe Space is an event series presented by Drs4Drs ACT and AMA ACT. Each event brings together a range of guest speakers from the medical profession to discuss topics themed on doctors' mental health and wellbeing.
Our ninth event in the series is open to all local doctors and medical students. The day includes sessions on Mindfulness by Clinical Psychologist Brigette Berry and Organisational skills tips shared by our Medical Director Dr Marisa Magiros. A light lunch will be provided followed by a wellbeing activity - painting with Deb Walkenhorst - The Messy Brush.
