Year 11 APEx Marine and Maritime Studies
About
Your child has chosen to study the Year 11 Marine and Maritime Studies APEx course this year. As part of the course, it is a requirement from the School Curriculum and Standards Authority that all students partake in a practical component of sailing and Scuba diving in their studies. At St George’s we have elected to take part in Scuba diving. This component will make up 35% of their final mark in this subject and is based on an accumulation of knowledge over the span of the year. The payment also includes multiple excursions and transport fees.Date
