The Big Draw: Sensing Place
About
Connect and collaborate with the environment and other workshop participants in a drawing workshop that explores the unique and wonderful ways we experience place. Artist Mollie Rice will help you playfully engage your senses to make a collection of small, quick field sketches in the Edogawa Gardens and the Caroline Bay Wetlands. Using a variety of drawing materials, the starting sketches will then be imaginatively and experimentally transformed in the studio.This workshop is open to all ages; however, children must be supervised by an adult.
