People Before Players Workshop
About
Ironbank Football and Netball Club have invited mental health organisation Speak & Share to host two 'People Before Players' workshops!Through their workshops, Speak & Share aim to encourage tough conversations and challenge mental health stigma. As a club we recognise each player is a person first and we hope this workshop will help players to have open conversations and support one another when it matters most.
Come along, hear their stories and learn strategies and tools that help support our mental health!
