About
Enterprise Leadership is a powerful, comprehensive leadership methodology which creates authentic, people-centred leaders. This Program encourages and nurtures employee engagement andorganisational high performance. You are about to enter into a hybrid experience of learning and doing supported by formal learning sessions, personal experimentation of techniques through Action Projects, and individual coaching. This approach to leadership development is designed to significantly increase the likelihood of learning success and development of a proven leadership model that delivers engaged employees and higher performance. We incorporate action learning through Action Projects in the Program. Action learning is an experiential learning methodology in which participants learn by doing and then reflecting on what they have done. The participants work on real tasks, often in small groups.
