The bungee gives you the buoyancy to perform exercises you might not be able to perform without assistance all whilst being completely low impact on your joints!Our Bungee Fitness classes provide an amazing combination of core training, cardiovascular exercise, and resistance training by providing your body a super muscle. Jump higher, dance, squat, lunge, sprint, push-up, plank, burpee like a super-hero as the bungee cord reduces your body weight, making the movements easier on your joints, while you accelerate from 0-100 expending effort to stretch the bungee cord when you move, giving you an endurance-focused workout.
