About
This training is designed for people who have staff reporting to them. Content and assignments are specifically developed to upskill people leaders in understanding their role in change management and how to support staff. A separate training module will be developed to help staff with their role during change.This is an in-person event. Leaderman Hall is located at the Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC) at 102 Ascot Street South. Note that much of the parking around the QEC is restricted to 2 hours. There is all day parking on many of the side streets within 1 to 2 blocks.
Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided. Please provide you own lunch.
