This training is designed for people who have staff reporting to them. Content and assignments are specifically developed to upskill people leaders in understanding their role in change management and how to support staff. A separate training module will be developed to help staff with their role during change.This is an in-person event.
Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided. Please provide you own lunch.
