Sommelier, Andrea Zanelli, is hosting a relaxed evening in our bar with a tasting of five beautiful wines — from the bold reds of Barossa to elegant whites from Margaret River, plus a couple of timeless classics from Germany and France.To go with it, our chefs are putting together a selection of canapés designed to mix, match and surprise.
