About
Do you work with people who have co-occurring cognitive and psychosocial disability and high-risk behaviours of concern? Are you having difficulty evidencing your clients’ multiple and complex needs to the NDIS and achieving favourable support outcomes? Are you looking to advance your documentation and report writing skills to assist in meaningfully communicating your client' experience of disability and support requirements? Or do you need to better understand what is required of you as an NDIS service provider regarding report writing and evidence gathering opportunities? On completion, attendees will gain a greater working knowledge of high- quality report writing for complex clients, including use of language and structure, mechanisms to creatively obtain person-centred evidence over time, making linkages between clinical recommendations and observed capacity and how to communicate a person’s demonstration of concerning behaviour in the context of their disability.Date
