Physically, mentally, and confidently!These 90-minute sessions focus on building strength, flexibility, endurance, and body awareness to support healthy training habits and help dancers feel their best heading into Term 3 and concert season. Whether your dancer wants to improve stamina, build confidence, or simply learn how to train safely, this series is the perfect boost.
