Government House heritage-listed garden guided tour
About
The guided tour of the Government House heritage-listed gardens includes: formal landscape zone, historical Cedar tree, Bick and Bailey Corridor, Rose Rockeries, and the native Australian bushland (16 hectares). It also involves extensive outdoor walking, including up and down steep hills.Duration: the tour takes approximately 90 minutes to complete.
Please bring: comfortable shoes, sunscreen and a hat. It is not wheelchair accessible.
Photography is permitted in the estate grounds.
Carpooling $2.00.
Meeting address: we will meet at 1:20pm for a 1:30pm departure from: The Gap park 'n' ride, 1358 Waterworks Rd, Enoggera Reservoir QLD 4520.
Drivers needed.
Destination address: Service Gate (B) at 168 Fernberg Rd, Paddington QLD 4064. On-street parking is available on Fernberg Road and surrounding streets.
Meeting time at destination address: 1:45pm (you will not be allowed to enter prior to this time).
