In this interactive lunchtime session, Wellbeing, Inclusion, People & Culture Leaders, Flic Manning and Dan Mottau will explore the psychosocial foundations of personal wellbeing - and the critical role people leaders play in fostering environments where individuals feel safe, seen, and supported.Drawing on contemporary research in neuroscience, organisational psychology, and behavioural science, we’ll unpack how psychological safety acts as a catalyst for wellbeing, collaboration, creativity and sustainable high performance.
Leaders will leave with actionable strategies to enhance wellbeing through small, consistent leadership habits that create big cultural shifts.
