Perfect for all generations, pre and post natal and recovery this 45 minute LIT (low intensity training) full body workout uses boxing, dance, dumbbells, light cardio & seriously good music to transform your mind & body.
Please bring a water bottle.
Classes are weekly on Wednesday's from 10.30 am - 11.15am.
